Is the question for all, many wish more followers for several different reasons. If you are Pete Cashmore, Google, or a Britney Spears you will have no trouble getting followers. But if you are like most 40 some-odd million on twitter, there is a cap on who you can follow, which is your following #.
A good tip if you have not already done so, is click through all that you are following to see the last time the person you are following gave some kind of content to you and others. Cleaning up the useless twitts, that has not contributed for anything should be unfollowed. Twitter is like playing BlackJack, sticking to the rules, setting your limits to either 1, 2, or 3 mo. cut off, with maybe a few exceptions such as getting an Ace, you take out insurance, or getting two 8’s you double-down, I choose leaving all painting contractors across the country on my list not having contributed to a tweet for 6 mos., as this is my choice, and you can have yours. Although if they have not tweeted at all, just getting an account, they are off my following list sooner than they think.
